Purchase, Returns and Exchanges Policy
The following covers our policies about buying gift sets, rare items and other goods and services from our company.

By placing or paying for an order for gift boxes, unique finds, rare items, home decor products or any other item or service on this website or any other means, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the items you receive will be the ones you ordered. We make an effort to keep all of our pictures and descriptions up to date and accurate. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions whether human or otherwise. If you receive the wrong item or it doesn't function, we will replace or repair it at no additional cost to you.
Processing and Shipping
- We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of receipt using the selected shipping method.
- We will acknowledge your order and contact you if we need additional details within 1 business day of receipt.
- Lead time and processing time may vary depending on the items you order. Custom gifts may take longer than expected. We do our best to quote reasonable lead times and respect them. We are not responsible for the actual time an order takes to complete.
Order Cancellation:
An order can be cancelled as long as it hasn't shipped. Cancellation notices that come in on the day we process the order may not be honored.
Refused Orders:
Refused shipments will be refunded minus shipping charges. We may also charge a restocking fee depending on the condition of the item.
Shipping Damage:
If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will file a claim with the freight carrier and either fix or replace the damaged items.
Returns:
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason. The returned item must be in new, resellable condition and include the original packaging. Returns that are used or without the original packaging may be charged a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item value at our sole discretion.
Online Fraud:
For your protection and ours, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or ask for alternate methods of payment for orders that are deemed high fraud risks.
Legal:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any grievance must be brought to the appropriate court in the City of New York, New York.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
