My order is a gift. Will the package include a receipt?

We specialize in gifts! Receipts will never be included in your package. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a digital receipt alongside your order details.

Can I include a custom note?

We offer five unique greeting card messages that cover most occasions. Selection can be made at check out.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All Maure orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • - Standard processing takes 3–5 business days before your order ships. (Orders placed after our daily cutoff (e.g. 4PM EST) will begin processing the next business day.)
  • - Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S., depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • - If you need your order sooner, select an expedited shipping option at checkout for faster delivery. (Standard processing time still applies)

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I have my order rushed?

Absolutely. Expedited shipping can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.


Can I request a specific delivery date?

We are unable to guarantee standard ground delivery on a specific date. If your delivery address is in the New York City metropolitan area, you may opt for same-day shipping at checkout.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, be on the lookout for a confirmation email with your tracking number.
